pTHY_P0022_T2c_BCD_0.75K Resource Report Resource Website |
RRID:Addgene_200054 | BCD 0.75K | Synthetic | Ampicillin | PMID:37253269 | This plasmid encodes a part for use in a heirarchical golden gate plasmid assembly system. The part insert is a bicistronic translational control element for regulating translation of protein-coding genes in E. coli. It is flanked by sites for the type IIS restriction enzyme BsaI and yields 5' and 3' overhangs of GGAG and TATG respectively. The backbone contains a pUC origin, a TEM-1 ampicillin resistance marker, and a ccdB marker such that the part plasmid does not carry through into higher order plasmid assemblies. The plasmid must be propagated in an E. coli strain which is resistant to ccdB. pUCmini-iCAP-PHP.eC Resource Report Resource Website 1+ mentions |
RRID:Addgene_201903 | Synthetic construct isolate AAV-PHP.eC VP1 gene | Synthetic | Ampicillin | PMID:37075114 | Please note that this is a non-standard rep-cap construct. It uses a tTA-TRE amplification loop to increase Capsid expression and AAV production. We find that this system increases AAV titers 1.5-5 fold (Ben Deverman, Bryan Simpson and Paul Patterson, unpublished data). This is a tet-off system, so no dox or tet is needed to turn it on. It can be used like any other rep-cap plasmid. This system should only present a problem if the rAAV genome to be packaged has a tet responsive element that directs expression of a protein that affected the health of the production cells. This work supported by NIH BRAIN Initiative grant UF1MH128336. The introduction of an XbaI restriction site for ease of cloning introduces a K449R mutation, which does not have an overt effect on vector production or transduction. | Vector Backbone:pUC57-mini; Vector Types:Mammalian Expression, AAV; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin | 2026-08-29 01:17:35 | 1 | |

Can't find your Plasmid?
We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific plasmid, it's easier to enter an RRID or an Addgene Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.
If you still could not find your plasmid in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with Addgene.
