Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Size:5010; Vector Backbone:pCS2P+; Vector Types:Xenopus Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
Comments: Transcription: For sense, linearize with Asp718 (BMB) and transcribe with. SP6. PCR amplified from myc tagged mouse Wnt-1 (McMahon and Moon). Also. referred to as int-1 spnfc or int-1 spnfcD in notebook #3. The Wnt-1 gene. is truncated acter the SPNFC peptide sequence. Notes for Use: Constructed by J. Brown.

Species: Mus musculus
Genetic Insert: Wnt1
Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Size:5446; Vector Backbone:pcDNA3; Vector Types:Mammalian Expression, Xenopus Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
Comments: Description: Full coding sequence of mouse Wnt-1 (int-1 in early literature), with one internal c-myc epitope, in the Stratagene vector, pcDNA3. Protein can be immunoprecipitated, recognized in whole mount immunostaining, and detected by western blot, using the anti-c-myc antibody 9E-10. Species of Sequence Origin: mouse. Notes for Use: Uncharacterized. Reference: The insert was published as p284 in AP McMahon and RT Moon, Cell 58: 1075-1084 (1989). This unpublished version was generated by Julia Yang-Snyder.

Proper citation: RRID:Addgene_16854 Copy

Species: Mus musculus
Genetic Insert: antisense Wnt-1
Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Size:0; Vector Backbone:pCD-betaG-PS; Vector Types:Xenopus Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
Comments: Description: Antisense orientation of full coding sequence of mouse Wnt-1 (int-1 in early literature), with one internal c-myc epitope, cloned into the SV40 expression vector pCD-PS, but providing Xenopus beta globin 5' and 3' UTRs. Species of Sequence Origin: mouse. Notes for Use: Uncharacterized. Reference: The insert was published as p284 in AP McMahon and RT Moon, Cell 58: 1075-1084 (1989). This unpublished construct was generated by Julia Yang-Snyder.

Proper citation: RRID:Addgene_16852 Copy

Species: Mus musculus
Genetic Insert: Id1
Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Marker:Sen Wu, Capecchi laboratory; Vector Backbone:pWS-TK6; Vector Types:Mouse Targeting, Cre/Lox, dre / rox; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
Comments: NGS sequencing during the QC process discovered mutations in the TagRFP-T-drePBD* sequence. Although these disrupt the drePBD* expression, this plasmid was deposited as is because the depositors had already generated a mouse line with the construct. The AU1 epitope tagged Id1 in that mouse line (with or without dre / rox recombination) should still be functional. Homology arms subcloned by recombineering from a clone of RPCI-23 C57BL/6J mouse genomic DNA library. Please make sure the plasmid DNA preparation is pure by gel electrophoresis before linearizing for an electroporation.
