  • RRID:Addgene_253828

http://www.addgene.org/253828

Species: Caenorhabditis elegans
Genetic Insert: cex-1 3'UTR
Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Size:6500; Vector Backbone:pBSK; Vector Types:Worm Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
Defining Citation: PMID:41773048
Comments: Please visit for https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.09.21.461278v4 bioRxiv preprint. There is a single nt discrepancy in Pgpc-1. This does not affect the plasmid's function. The SNPs in pcex-1 do not change the expression pattern of Pcex-1. We observed pattern expression in RIM interneuron only. In addition, the SNP in worm mCherry also does not affect the expression or fluorescence of the RFP.

  • RRID:Addgene_253820

http://www.addgene.org/253820

Species: Caenorhabditis elegans
Genetic Insert: Pmyo-3 daf-16::GFP
Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Size:7400; Vector Backbone:MosSci vector (Punc-119-mcs-att ); Vector Types:Worm Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
Defining Citation: PMID:41773048
Comments: Please visit for https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.09.21.461278v4 bioRxiv preprint. There is a single nt discrepancy in Pgpc-1. This does not affect the plasmid's function. Addgene found the following discrepancies in our result versus the depositor's reference: 2 SNPs in c. Briggsae unc-119(+); one results in premature stop codon Q157STOP 5 SNPs and 3bp indel in daf-16a Comment from depositor: Functionally, the unc-119 Q7R gene does not affect it to rescue animals with unc-119 mutation. So it should be of no concern. The daf-16a SNPs and indel also do not appear to affect its function, expression or its ability to translocate from cytoplasm to nucleus.

Can't find your Plasmid?

We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific plasmid, it's easier to enter an RRID or an Addgene Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.

If you still could not find your plasmid in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with Addgene.
