RRID:Addgene_51991 Nano-lantern_ATP1 Synthetic Kanamycin PMID:23232392 GenBank accession number: JN859502. Although they differ by only three N-terminal amino acidsin the RLuc8-S257G moiety, their dynamic range and brightness were vastly different. Nano-lantern (ATP1) exhibited enough dynamic range (200%) for functional imaging, and was 1.5-fold brighter than Nano-lantern (ATP0) at ATP-saturating condition. They had similar affinities for ATP. Backbone Marker:Invitrogen; Vector Backbone:pENTR1A; Vector Types:Gateway Cloning; Bacterial Resistance:Kanamycin S257G in Rluc8 2026-08-15 01:16:23 0

RRID:Addgene_52053 sfGFP Synthetic Ampicillin To clone new genes for your proteins of interest into the pCRT7 NT vector provided, use 5’KpnI--‐3’HindIII restriction sites. See Lutz and Bujard 1997 (PMID 9092630) for information on the tetR/pLtetO promoter system used for inducible expression in the pCRT7 NT vector. The phosphoproteins (or sfGFP) expressed via the pCRT7 pLtetO/tetR plasmid is induced with 100 ng/mL anhydrotetracycline. pIM1773-PRHIII-sfGFP-pNW33N

Resource Website
RRID:Addgene_52217 PRHIII-sfGFP Synthetic Chloramphenicol PMID:24788326 Plasmid is designed for use in Geobacillus stearothermophilus NUB3621 (as well as E. coli.) Construct is described in the article linked at the bottom of this page. This plasmid is a companion to pIM1708-PsurP-surT-agaN-pNW33N which was previously submitted. As with pIM1708, despite the fact that your plasmid map displays an ampicillin resistance gene, the correct antibiotic resistance gene is a chloramphenicol acetyltransferase. We do not know if the ampicillin resistance gene is functional. Backbone Marker:Bacillus Genetic Stock Center; Backbone Size:4217; Vector Backbone:pNW33N; Vector Types:Bacterial Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Chloramphenicol 2026-08-15 01:16:26 0

Can't find your Plasmid?

We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific plasmid, it's easier to enter an RRID or an Addgene Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.

If you still could not find your plasmid in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with Addgene.

    1. Use quotes around phrases you want to match exactly
    2. You can manually AND and OR terms to change how we search between words
    3. You can add "-" to terms to make sure no results return with that term in them (ex. Cerebellum -CA1)
    4. You can add "+" to terms to require they be in the data
    5. Using autocomplete specifies which branch of our semantics you with to search and can help refine your search
  5. Collections

If you are logged into RRID you can add data records to your collections to create custom spreadsheets across multiple sources of data.
