RRID:Addgene_58221 ILV2 Magnaporthe grisea Kanamycin Reference: Sweigard J, Chumley F, Carroll A, Farrall L, Valent B (1997) A series of vectors for fungal transformation. Fungal Genet Newsl 44: 52-53 Please note that the actual sequence of the SUR gene in this plasmid differs from the Genbank reference sequence AF013601 by a G120V mutation in the ILV2 locus. G120V does not contribute to the sulfonyl urea resistance per se. Vector Backbone:pFGL815; Vector Types:Bacterial Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Kanamycin 2026-08-15 01:17:14 3

RRID:Addgene_58254 Enhanced Green Fluorescence Protein, Puromycin resistance gene Ampicillin PMID:23752310 Please note that there is a small deletion (32bp) just after the 3’LTR inside the cloning vector that removes the M13R primer region. The depositing lab was able to produce viruses with good titer and doesn’t think the missing 32bp is a major concern. RRID:Addgene_58267 Nrxn1beta AS4(-) Rattus norvegicus Ampicillin PMID:17360903 See map & sequence file for insert-releasing enzymes (e.g. NheI / KpnI). Insert can also be released by single digest using XhoI. The rat neurexin 1 beta encoded by this plasmid lacks alternatively spliced segment 4 (AS4), and contains the region homologous to alternatively spliced segment 5 (AS5) of mouse neurexin 1 beta (compare Schreiner et al., Neuron, 2014 [DOI: 10.1016/j.neuron.2014.09.011]). Note: HA-epitope tag was introduced at the mature N-terminus. Can't find your Plasmid?

We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific plasmid, it's easier to enter an RRID or an Addgene Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.

If you still could not find your plasmid in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with Addgene.

    1. Use quotes around phrases you want to match exactly
    2. You can manually AND and OR terms to change how we search between words
    3. You can add "-" to terms to make sure no results return with that term in them (ex. Cerebellum -CA1)
    4. You can add "+" to terms to require they be in the data
    5. Using autocomplete specifies which branch of our semantics you with to search and can help refine your search
  5. Collections

If you are logged into RRID you can add data records to your collections to create custom spreadsheets across multiple sources of data.
