Both promoters are present in their entirety based on the Addgene Quality Control sequencing. According to the depositing laboratory the plasmid behaves as expected and gives the expected pattern of fluorescence and Neomycin resistant phenotype. There are a few other mismatches with author sequence but they also do not affect function. For questions regarding this plasmid please contact the depositing scientist Denis Dupuy at [email protected] AgeI is NOT a unique restriction site.     2. You can manually AND and OR terms to change how we search between words
    3. You can add "-" to terms to make sure no results return with that term in them (ex. Cerebellum -CA1)

    5. Using autocomplete specifies which branch of our semantics you with to search and can help refine your search
