RRID:Addgene_12065 CUC1 mutant Arabidopsis thaliana Ampicillin PMID:15202996 The CUC1 plasmid (addgene # 12064) was used as a starting material. The sequence of the primer pair used for CUC1 mutagenesis is 5mCUC1 forward 5'-CCGATCATCAATACCTTTGCGACGGAGCATGTTTCATGTTTTT CAAATAACTCTGCTGCTCATACCG-3' and 5mCUC1 reverse 5'-CGGTATGAGCAGCAGAGTTATTTGAAAAACATGAAACATGCTCCGTCGCAAAGGTATTGATGATCGG-3'. See "sequence" for the full insert sequence. See article for cloning details. Backbone Marker:Stratagene; Backbone Size:3000; Vector Backbone:pBluescript II SK+; Vector Types:Bacterial Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin miR-resistant CUC1. Made by introducing five silent mutations within the miR164-complementarity domain of a CUC1 genomic clone. 2026-08-15 01:03:27 0

RRID:Addgene_12073 5mARF17 Arabidopsis thaliana Ampicillin PMID:15829600 To generate 35S:5mARF17, a 3.3 kb EcoR1-BamH1 fragment of the 6.6 kb 5mARF17 pBluescript clone was subcloned into pLBR19 downstream from the duplicated enhancer of CaMV 35S RNA promoter. See "sequence" for full insert sequence. Backbone Marker:(pLBR19 is derived from pUC19, but contains the CaMV 35S promote; Backbone Size:5500; Vector Backbone:pLBR19; Vector Types:Plant Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin miR160-resistant version of ARF17 has five silent mutations within the miR160-complementary domain of an ARF17 genomic clone, thereby increasing the number of mismatches between miR160 and the ARF17 mRNA from one in wild type to six. 2026-08-15 01:03:28 0

RRID:Addgene_65721 Telomere Arabidopsis thaliana Spectinomycin and Streptomycin PMID:17085598 Please note that Addgene NGS found a 1.5kb deletion in the telomere repeats as compared to the original depositor sequence. The depositor has confirmed that the telomere sequence in the plasmid is inherently unstable, and that the plasmid is still functional for telomere truncation. The plasmid was also verified by restriction digest. The gel image is provided on this page under- Resource Information- Addgene Notes. Can't find your Plasmid?

We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific plasmid, it's easier to enter an RRID or an Addgene Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.

If you still could not find your plasmid in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with Addgene.

  1. RRID Portal Resources

Welcome to the RRID Resources search. From here you can search through a compilation of resources used by RRID and see how data is organized within our community.

  2. Navigation

You are currently on the Community Resources tab looking through categories and sources that RRID has compiled. You can navigate through those categories from here or change to a different tab to execute your search through. Each tab gives a different perspective on data.

  3. Logging in and Registering

If you have an account on RRID then you can log in from here to get additional features in RRID such as Collections, Saved Searches, and managing Resources.

  4. Searching

Here is the search term that is being executed, you can type in anything you want to search for. Some tips to help searching:

    1. Use quotes around phrases you want to match exactly
    2. You can manually AND and OR terms to change how we search between words
    3. You can add "-" to terms to make sure no results return with that term in them (ex. Cerebellum -CA1)
    4. You can add "+" to terms to require they be in the data
    5. Using autocomplete specifies which branch of our semantics you with to search and can help refine your search
  5. Collections

If you are logged into RRID you can add data records to your collections to create custom spreadsheets across multiple sources of data.

  6. Facets

Here are the facets that you can filter the data by.
