A gene-based score intended to help in the interpretation of human sequence data. The score is designed to rank genes in terms of whether they have more or less common functional genetic variation relative to the genome wide expectation given the amount of apparently neutral variation the gene has. A gene with a positive score has more common functional variation, and a gene with a negative score has less and is referred to as intolerant.

A global network group resource which provides crowdsourcing services for “innovation solutions.” InnoCentive utilizes an innovation framework, called Challenge Drive Innovation, which is based on leveraging open innovation and crowdsourcing. Paperpile utilizes Google and Chrome apps in order to directly download PDFs from various databases to Google Drive. If writing in Google Docs, users can search for certain reference papers and insert them into their draft as citations using the Google Drive Paperpile tool. Users can also collaborate on papers and add different citations.
