Genomic DNA isolation is performed utilizing standardized and quality controlled Gentra Systems'' PureGene DNA isolation system or Qiagen Kits. The quantity and quality of the genomic DNA isolate is determined by 260/280 UV spectrophotometery. Following isolation and quality assessment, DNA can be aliquoted into a normalized concentration.
